Refund & Shipping Policy

Thank you for your purchase and support! I hope you are happy with your items. If you happen to not be completely satisfied, please contact me! Please see below for more information about my shipping, return, & refund policy.
Shipping
Please allow 5-7 business days for me to process your order unless otherwise stated by my shop or in the event of a preorder. Drop offs are only possible on week days. You will receive a tracking number via email once I create the label.
Returns
Please reach out to me via my contact page with your order number and a description of your concern as soon as possible. All returns must be postmarked by 14 days after the delivery confirmation. All items must be returned in their original condition, new, and unused.
In the event that your packaged is damaged in transit, please document the damage via photo and include them in our correspondence. A return may be required to process your refund and/or replacement, which I will cover (excluding any original shipping costs). Please contact me if you believe your package may be lost.
Refunds
Refunds may only be issued after contact is made and any items I may have requested be returned to me and arrive in their described condition. Your refund will be returned to the original payment method provided. Refund time varies between payment processors, but frequently take 5-10 business days.
Return Process
Please note, unless otherwise stated, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges, and original shipping charges will not be refunded. I will email you a prepaid shipping label, and after the items have been received and confirmed to be in their original condition, the refund will be charged back to the original payment method excluding all shipping.
Please package items as close to the original shipment as possible to avoid damages in transit. Any sustained damages from poor packaging may be deducted from your refund.
Should the return/replacement be the result of my fault (wrong item, size, or faulty product), I will cover the shipping to make the correction.
